New coil, battery, wires,rotor,cap...The dizzy has power...there is spark at the points when ignition is on...there is a good crank (battery y starter) Checked and re wired ground to block & new cable to starter...But no flame. I can smell gas...I know that's pumping...what am I doing wrong?

: TIA for help and Thanks for leading me this far at least.

Have you actually pulled the coil wire out of the distributer cap, held it close to ground, cranked the engine and seen a spark jump? If you have then you definitley have a problem between the distributer cap, rotor and spark plug wires. If no spark then the coil is not producing a charge to make a spark. The coil produces current controlled by the points. You should be able to get a spark from the coil if you just open and close the points. Use a 12v test light to make sure you have current going to the points, coil, etc. You might consider using electronic ignition such as Pertronix to eliminate the hassle with points and condensor. Hope this helps.
