: Anybody ever had this problem?

.

They are a problem to bleed but there are a couple of other factors to consider. Firstly is the clutch pedal at the same height as the brake? If it is lower then it may just be a simple matter of adjusting the length of the push rod for the master cylinder. The two cylinders should be the same diameter. When I put mine in it turned out to be the length problem and as soon as I adjusted the pushrod I had enought pedal stroke to have a normal clutch action. Terje
