Jack, not to be critical, but you need to use the archives and the search engine. This is a very common question. A good set of front seats probably is one of the most searched for items that most '02 owners wants to find.

Your options are:

1. Get your current set redone. This isn't cheap.
2. Find a replacement set of used stock seats in better condition than yours. This is getting harder and harder to find.
3. Find a set of seats from a 320i. The recaro style seats from a 320is are especially nice, but everybody is looking for a good set. The best alternative is to find a used 320is set and get them redone.
4. Bite the bullet and buy new aftermarket seats.
