The 320i calipers will not fit tii struts. The only BMW calipers (non-tii) that are a direct bolt-on and readily available are 5-series E12 for use with vented rotors. They require two brake lines each.

The tii struts will only work with '77-'79 wheel hubs as they have larger diameter spindles.

There is an article in the June '93 European Car by Brendan M. Lopez that describes the conversion process and gives a complete parts list.

I believe that you can also get this info at the bimmers.com web site.
