I purchased a 69 ti two years ago that had the same sleeping period. Unfortunately, the engine was seized in rust and the brakes and clutch slave cylinder were seized too. So the first thing will be to check, by hand, at the crank pulley nut, and after some lubrication of the pistons, if the engine turns. Be carefull to check that you are not just tightening the nut instead of turning the engine (don't ask how...)If so, you just saved enough money for a good vacation. The brakes and slave cylinder should follow as well as all the rubbers. Then you may have a car that you can try running until you find the next parts that needs to be changed, like the brake master, the exhaust, the radiator, and so on $$$$.
