: It definately a DIY project, once you takeone apart you'll see (talking about a 320i sport seat here, others ??). Do one at a time so you can use the other one as a guide when re-assembling. Curious, what does World quaote for leather? I asked about vinyl someting like $700 per seat.

I was given a quote of $766 per set (L&R) for black vinyl and $984 for leather. From my limited research, this is starting to look like a good deal. I have not found out (yet) if these are leather faces and vinyl backs, or full leather.
