Removing door panels (archive)

Another newbie question here. How do you remove the door panels? I got the arm rest, door handle, and window crank off, but I'm not sure how to get the 1/4 window crank off. Also, once I pop the bottom and sides out, do I just lift the panel up? The panel seems to be in there pretty tight and I don't want to break or bend anything.
