As part of my cars conversion from an automatic trans to a 5-speed, I discovered there are 2 different size 3 bolt flanges. The larger being on the Automatic (76 if it matters) and the smaller on the 320i 5-speed (82 if it matters).
Attached is a photo of it. The left one in the photo is the 320-5spd type, right is automatic 2002. The automatics quibo was a little thick/larger all around.
So be sure you know specifically which one you want.

: i have a 69 02 with a 4 speed trans ,it has a three hole trans yolk . i need one mine has turned itself into a one hole .can anyone help me out ,i live in upstate ny .most im finding are 4 holes, is mine just a mutant?
