I had a Peugeot 505 wagon that was an excellent driving car but it too didn't run alot.
I sold it to a guy who was going to ship it to Haiti, where he said any 12 year old could strip the engine down and rebuild it, and the car would run forever. He said the problem with peugeots in the US is that no one knew how to work on them. That was certainly true of the dealer I had.
