I doing a turbo add on my Tii 74. I built
myself a exhaust manifold to support a Garett TO4B A/R 0.5 compressor A/R 0.6 .I used Stainless steel
(Inconel 600,304L,316L,Nimonic 90).I also built
aluminium spacers in order to add 4 extra injectors on the inlet manifold (45 mm wide)
I modified the oil feed line to the Kugelfisher pump in order to feed the turbocharger.I bought a oil cooler and its adaptor in order to cool the engine oil after passing throught the oil filter.I bougnt an AIR/AIR intercooler and a MSD6 for Turbo and an EFI second Injector to manage the 4 extra injectors during the boost .I already done a dummy installation .I plan to finish sometime this year
.Eventually I will install a original 5 speed close ratio found on an rusty 2002 TI.I willing to give some advises for this exercice.
