I thought that's what this board is for... getting
creative and honest answers. I do have a sincere mechanic here who is even the local chapter vice president who thought it should work, but hadn't actually put one in an 02 before.

It doesn't hurt to post here for the possibility that someone may have tried this combo before...
... or does it???
