Thanks to Al for the 24mm estimate. I know it is not a 22mm (at least the one on my shaft) because I already ground down my 22mm closed end to fit in the space and it is too small. Can anyone else verify 24mm before I go out and buy the wrench? Thanks--Fred, 73 tii.

What size is the nut holding the center bearing in place on a non-sliding propeller shaft? (This is the 12-sided "dodecagon" nut, PN 26 11 1 101 782). Thanks--Fred, 73 tii

I believe that the nut is 24mm. Also, if I remember correctly, I had to modify my wrench to work(grind the s*it out of it!) Somebody correct me if I am wrong. Al

A 15/16 box wrench should fit ( you have to cut a wedge out at the top to get in } That's what they used on mine.
