2002 tii fuel system (archive)

the car starts slow and then the engine shakesand the rpm's jump down and then pop back up. It also jumps around while the car is driving. I put in a new fuel filter and the injection got a complete rebuild 3 years ago. If anyone has any ideas or needs more details e-mail me
