Where is the starter relay located? (archive)

My '02 is dead in my garage. It will not turn over. Sounds like something in the electrical circuit that has gone kaput. If I cross the two larger contacts on the starter, I get a "whirl" sound like the solenoid is doing something.

So, where is the starter relay located? I'm not sure if there is a starter rely for the manual version of the '02.

Any suggestions. TIA
