In my search for Volvo 240 calipers, I ended up with a catalog from ipd. Here are some interesting items:

pg.3 - Rear defroster repair kit (repairs the thin wires)

pg.13 - spark plug thread repair kit

pg.16,85 - non-corroding SS fuses

pg.29 - some kind of wd-40 on steroids for loosening rusted stuff

pg.37, ibc- plastic taillight lens repair kit

ibc - brushes & picks

I have done business with iPd for several years as I have had (and still have) Volvos. They're a little pricey, though... That penetrating oil ("wd-40 on steroids") is called PB B'laster, available at your local Auto Zone or Advance Auto for about $4. Also, they have rebuilt 240 front Girling calipers (of interest to the '02er of course), and rebuild kits (still too much $$$$, IMHO). Looking for goof rebuilt Volvo 240 calipers? I can get 'em cheap if you supply core (I can supply also, for a few bucks extra)!!!
