Dwight it sounds like your seatbelt interlock has come back to life for some reason this has been happening to the 74s after 25 years or so of sleep (must be a Steven King thing) try jumping the 2 prong plug under the seats if this dosn't work you will have to find the box under the dash and bypass it.
