Never heard of that swap before! You are going to need a shit load of shoe horns!

I think a good 320i LSD can handle that kind of power without a problem. I have heard of 300+ HP 2002's and the 320 rear end was never the problem. I think you will smoke the clutch or blow a transmition before the rear end goes out. With that kind of power I would recommend having the 320i rear end rebuilt and "reshimmed" to 40% or higher. The majority of the ones around are 25% lock up I believe.
