I got mine used along with a modified intake manifold and fuel pump. Most likely, you will not find one in a pick-n-pull. Only '02 fanatics would have one and they would probably pull it off the engine before they send the tub to the junkyard.

Occassionally, one will show up on www.bimmers.com/02, etc. You have to be fast or someone else will grab it.
