Have towed cars this way for hundreds of miles without any negative effects. Just because the book does not say so....it does not mean it is ok.

DO NOT USE THE TOW HOOKS unless you are willing to damage your 02. Most of them do not even have both of them as previous owners have already damaged or destroyed them.
