Loosen the retaining nut around the slotted screw. Tighten down the screw 1/4 turn at a time, then check play in the wheel. Repeat until satisfied. Apparently dire things can occur to those who overtighten, so beware.
Oh, also, check lube level (under red plastic cap)and top up with 90W to bottom of fill neck.
