Fairly straightforward...
Undo the end links first, most likely they are double-nutted. Then undo the 2 bolts at the top of each bracket on the subframe. Remove the brackets, if you cant just give the swaybar a sharp tug and the brackets should come off with it. If your car is in clean shape, the nuts on the back of the bracket mounts should be welded to the mounts. On mine one of them was not, which made reinstallation a bit trickier, but there is space to get a wrench on them if need be.
Rear is just the same, end links and 2 brackets on the subframe.
Pulling the front bar out is just sheer ingenuity. Look at the problem and try to figure out how it would come most cleanly. On my car I rotated it forward and then dropped it down in front of the subframe and behind the valance panel.
Reinstallation should be the reverse. However, my bushings were a real tight fit in the old brackets, had to get a couple of C clamps and bang it around a bunch until everything lined up.
On the whole though, not a tough job.
