sticking brake pedal/Z-rod (archive)

Thanks for the advice last time,it was suggested that
I lube the bolt/bushings that the brake and clutch
pivot on (in the pedal box).O.K so how does that
bolt come apart? Just undo the right side or do I have
to get a wrench some where on the clutch side to?
A rookie question I know but...Also in my trunk as
part of the fuel return system there is a plastic
fuel container it seems to always be at least 9/10ths
full I can't find any info about this in any of the
books or info I have.Anyway thanks in advance Drew.
