That bottle above the right rear wheel well is a vapor tank, if you have fuel in it you have a serious plumbing problem and a very dangerous set up. Somewhere the fuel return and vent lines have been crossed run the fuel return line back to the tank direct thrn run vent hose out of your trunk behind the right wheel well and lose the bottle do this right away before things get ugly.
