There are 3 relays near the battery mounted on the left wheel well (at least on my 76). The one closest to brake reseviour is the horn relay. Exchange it with either of the other two (for low-beam & high beam headlights) and test.

My horn doesnt work. I replaced all my fuses, check the two wires the connect to the actual horn, and it looks fine. Any ideas what might be wrong? and if my horn is dead can we use a off the shelf horn?
