Heat's probably the only way its going to come out if you've tried this long and its not budging. As long as you're careful heat shouldn't cause any problems.


The saga continues. Another grueling battle to no
avail. Clutch slave no budge. Thanking Jake S, Marty
and Dwight H. for advise so far but I seem to have a
real stubborn one here. As a last ditch effort before
the tow, I was thinking of gutting cylinder, insert
metal rod and hammer away. Plausible idea? If so,
do I need to remove release lever to remove guts?
Fearing disaster, I have not tried heat yet. Thanks
again.
