There is a professional tool that is used that bolts on (some tire store used to rent them). I have a picture of one at work, I will post it tommorrow. I have heard of some people slightly heating up the paint so it will not be prone to crack so easily durint the process.

Can someone out there tell me how they rolled the fender lips on their '02? My rears rub just slightly.

P.S. I have a new paint job, so I need to be gentle. I wish I'd knew I would need to do this before I'd painted! :)
