solved mine! this may be a bit stupid but i went in and unhooked the emergency brake cable from the arm at the rear wheels and now it rolls just great. my assumption is that it may take a while for everything to wear down a bit, then i can reconnect without any problems.


What you have just indicated is that either the emergency brake cable needs to be backed off or if it is backed off, the cable is binding up and needs replacement.
The brakes are adjusted after the cable is backed off, then the emergency cables are adjusted up to where the wheels just start to drag and then back off from that a turn.
