Best to do a tune up. Plugs, points, wires, condenser. Also fuel filter. Also check the in-tank fuel screen and the strainer in the K-pump (outlet I think). Look at a Haynes manual and check any other fuel screens.

My bet is on old or misgapped points! Should be pretty simple.
