To remove the rear seat, you have to remove a 6mm bolt that hold the seat in place. The bolt head is on the vertical bulkhead just below the seat. You can't miss it. Once the bolt is removed, just give the seat bottom a firm pull upwards and the thing should pop out.

A tip for reinstalling the seat bottom, you need to push it inward as much as possible 1st. Otherwise the two little sheetmetal catches on the seat bottom will not snap over the bulkhead railing.

Oh yeah, the seat belts are bolted in place. You can't miss them. If you have any rust buildup underneath the seat, take care of it.
