I believe there are to bolts that hold the seat down if any. There should be one on each side by the foot well.
after removing the bolts you should be able to pull up and then towards the front of the car. The seatbelts will be obvious once you have the bottom out.
As far as fixing the reels I can't help you, it all depends on the condition of the belts I guess. I would just find better ones or maybe new ones.
If you want to remove the seatback there are two bolts attaching it to the back bottom of the seatpan, then you just pull up and out it goes. once out it is a good time for cleaning out all the horsehairs and checking the body of the for any damage. hope this helps.

Tommorow,I'm "fixing"my rear seatbelt that recently jammed up. before I start ripping things out any advice. the manuals I have dont even say how to remove the rear seat to get at
the belt,bolts or whatever lurks...
Any do's or dont's appreciated.Drew(in B.C.)
