On my 1976, I was driving and the brake lights were working and then I stopped at my sis's place and she noticed my brake lights weren't working, I checked the fuses and they are fine, I also checked the bulbs both of them are fine. I just can't figure it out, so if anyone can shed some light on this for me I would be quite grateful.

Thanks,
Danny J.

Check your stop light switch, the part is less than 10$ and they do go!! Your car is a 1976, the switch, like most 2002's, is in the engine compartment, driver's side, under your washer bottle, just trace the pedal arm , you will see the switch, try to maybe clean the contacts first, then replace the switch if all else fails, a simple fix also., Tim.
