Never seen one of these.

My ex-UK '75 tii has a 140mph speedo - I thought this was standard fitment. This car was originally fitted with a 5speed and LSD (both removed by a PO) perhaps it has something to do with cars of this spec'? (Don't know why seeing as they are geared the same!)
