Had same problem. Turns out fronts o.k., but bad wheel cyl in rear was culprit. Gotta say once I was able to free up frozen adjustor, rear brakes and wheel cyl made huge stopping improvement, no doing the 'hula' on braking, and now the e-brake works.

Easiest thing I've done on her in a while.
