Checking the wheel bearings is fairly straightforward and easy to replace if necessary. Checking the upper strut bearings is not as easy to check as the wheel bearings. You will have to take apart the strut assembly to replace the bearing. Are your strut bearings sealed or opened (ie. no seals, bearings are visible)?
