No more flickering of the RPMs. (archive)

In fact the Rpm didn't work except when hitting a nasty
bump.
Also no lighting.

There's a tree pins wire in the back of the cluster that
feed the Rpms, and it was loose even if it stay in place.

Reason is that at some time I did get rid of the tape
that use to hold it tight to the rear of the cluster.

Did use some strip of duct tape to put everything in
order.
