A lot would depend on what type of driving you do and where you live. If you're a Californian, the headers will never pass the biannual smog inspection and would 100% disable your entire smog system.

If you live in a state where you don't have to have your '02 smogged, that's another story. For a stock '02, I think you'd better off with a tii exhaust manifold.

I believe Trent is correct about the loss of low end torque if you go with the headers.
