All my wiring is fine -- so I know something is up. A temporary fix for me was to pull the BLACK wire from the relay that is right next to the coil. Not the cold start relay, but the "timing" (its the shape of a cylinder) relay or whatever it is. The wipers will still work, but my blower motor doesn't work, so I don't know if that effects that or not. =)

I turn on my ignition, my wipers go on. The wiper switch is not in the "on" position. I've traced wires to no avail. It is draining my battery and my patience.
