Recaro ???? do they bolt in (more) (archive)

The recaros that I have, do not line up excatly with '02. This is my first recaro swap, do I have to drill or something, I removed the seats myself from a 320i. They have a UP AN DOWN PLATFORM just checking I drill in hand waiting to go. thank you guys

76 02 no seats
