3" diameter hole in front lower wheel well!! (archive)

I have a rust spot/hole in my front wheel well.

Any quick fixes? or temp?

I know what i plan on doing down the road but what can i do to tem fix it.

When i drive in the rain my floor panels fill w/ water.

It is a great condition tii! Any help?
