You kind of need to play around with the tire pressures. Start by putting a little more air in the rear tires. Also, by setting the ST rear bar on its softest setting, you will help to dial out the oversteer. As someone else mentioned, the most important thing to do is drive smoothly, without upsetting the car. That said, I've only autocrossed my front wheel drive cars, so if I ever start autocrossing the 02 I'll probably be relearning everything I thought I knew.
