Looks way too nice to be a parts car, especially if it has no structural rust. (Probably doesn't if it spent it's life in SD) Why not put a running motor in it and see how it drives? You can always clean it up and sell it at a tidy profit, then spend some of that on a parts car that is too far gone to save. I always hate to see any cool old car parted out if it could be revived to drive another day.
