In Reply to: where can I get a weber 32 36 rejet kit posted by Jeremy on December 17, 2000 at 18:40:44:

Steve always spends more time than he should on the phone with me, just chatting and helping me make cure I'm doing it right. He has everthing Weber and will customize a kit where other outfits just want to sell you an assortment of jets and call it a "jet kit."

No, you won't get anything but jets in a jet kit. You need to tell Steve what your setup is, i.e. cam, c.r., pipes etc. He'll recommend a set of jets and you get just that.

If you need other repair parts, you must either buy a rebuild kit (has all gaskets, needle valves etc) or specify them (throttle shafts don't come in any kit I know of).

If you think you need that kind of stuff, you may want to just send him the carb and let him recondition it. I think this will cost about $150. With jet kit being $36, rebuild kit about $29, additional parts like float at $18, then if you need shaft you may be talking reaming the body and inserting bushings to resolve throttle shaft play, now your already about there anyway.
