Today I found that my front valance is almost rotted out down below where the bumper shocks enter the body. Apparently mud builds up inside here and then.....

Well, anyway, is there a patch panel for this or do I have to do the whole nose job ???

No patch panel that I know of. My solution is to abate the rust and attach an air dam. Its not a solution for those who want a pristene appearance, but it has additional benefits (ducting for brakes) for the performance oriented.
