Man, I gotta remember NOT to hit ENTER before I type my message body!! Anyway, I've asked a couple questions about this 1971 2002 I'm looking at and I've pretty much decided to buy it. Now a couple more out of many questions...
Where is a good place online to get parts such as fenders, hood, etc? Can you give me a ballpark idea of how much those things cost? And last, at the risk of committing automotive blasphemy, what about fiberglass parts??
Thanks---Steve

Parts houses such as BMP Design, Bavarian Autosport and Bimmer Parts can sell you new body panels. Fenders are approx. $125; hood is $500. I would buy new fenders, but would consider recycled hoods, trunk linds, doors, etc., from a reputable source.

Hope this helps.
