I can't figure out what they are talking about. Unless they are referring to the ball in the flywheel that you can use to it TDC (or is it the proper advance at idle?). I figured it was just a goofy translation from German to English that noone ever bothered to fix.

On the page you sent me it said set it at the dynamic timming mark.

Which line is the dynamic timming mark? Should that be so it is in the 12'0clock position relative to the crank?
