I'm no wrench head, but my understanding is that "20 over" refers to the cylinders being bored or enlarged 0.0020" over (read more than) the origingal size. Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

My new parts car has a receipt that says the motor was rebuilt 20 over. Curious how this affects displacement Thanks.
