A while back I contacted Classic Tube (do a search they are on the web) this is a copy of it -

"Thanks for your inquiry. The complete kit has all the prebent steel tubing,
RF, LR, master cylinder lines, Front to rear and the rear axle lines, no
rubber flex lines. The clutch is also a hard steel line, a duplicate for the
factory line. We make the lines out of either OE steel or stainless steel.
The fit is guaranteed to duplicate the original factory lines. I can also do
custom lines as needed."

I am planning on buying these but my car is not to that point of reconstruction yet.
