I do not get how people are silly enough to pay that much to restore a 2002. Even a car with historical background would barely deserve that much money.

He paid $50K for a restoration. How the hell did he end up paying that much?

There are tons of $1000 unrusted rollers around the US. Change a few warped panels like nose, doors or fenders. Put a factory brand new $3000 engine and foresee a lot of itsies and bitsies and a paint job. You could redo at least 3 cars with that money.

But if the owner had his first blowjob in THAT car and is desperate to save THAT car, then maybe...
