I used ATE brake pads with new rotors and everything fit fine. The new pads have an oblong hole in the end,where the pin goes through, unlike the ones it had that were open end. You should have the rotors on first, then slide the calipers in place with the pads unnatached. then put the pads in. It is possible that you have aftermarket or wrong rotors, I guess. Double check that both sides are compressed on the caliper all the way, I have used a good sized c clamp for this. good luck, Reid
