My car has been sputtering lately. Only at a certain temp. range. It took air filter off and the hose that vents the crank is blowing out water. Can I discontect the hose from weber and point hose to ground or will this affect something. Need ideas fast!

DON'T DISCONNECT THE HOSE FROM THE WEBER. That is the coolant hose to the choke thermal spring and would have NOTHING to do with moisture coming out of your crankcase vent. The coolant traveling thru those hoses don't have any access to the internals of the carb, it only cycles thru that little round housing and the returns to the block.
Listen to the other guy's advice. Look for the milkshake under your oil cap. I would think a leaking head gasket also.
Hope this helps,
